Reading Success Academy is the first reasonably priced online tutoring course with lessons that students can complete from home!
Paula Smith, Founder of Reading Success Academy, is a certified Elementary Teacher for grades 1-6 in the state of Missouri. She is also a certified Reading Therapist by Read America. Paula has six years of classroom teaching experience as well as over six years of clinical experience as a reading therapist. Paula has chosen to take the Phono-Graphix reading method to a global classroom by making her tutoring sessions available to all students with internet access.
Welcome to my online classroom!
In my online classroom there are no distractions. Need me to repeat something but don't want to raise your hand? Not a problem. Just back up the video to hear it again. Need to take a break? Just pause the video and restart again when you're ready.
No substitute teachers, bullies, fire drills, or dress codes. Just clear and precise lessons that you can repeat over and over as needed. Over 20 hours of video lessons, downloadable word lists, and parent resources. I even have a private Facebook group so parents can ask questions about the program as their child moves through the course.

Can't get to Kansas City but still need an expert reading tutor? Google hangout sessions are a convenient way to work with a certified reading therapist without leaving home. These can be independent of or supplementary to the online courses listed above.
